Re-starting my blog

It's occurred to me that I like to write and I don't. This is a way to make that happen.

Currently, I'm waiting for my family to get ready so we can go to my step-family's christmas party. I don't necessarily want to go. I want to stay home and cast-on for the rose trellis shawl (rav link) I want to make with my pretty knitpicks shadow in juniper. I had a failed Luminaria with it earlier this year.
